When I tell people I am I real estate investor. The usual response is you can't make any money doing that, this is a horrible market nobody is buying real estate.
When ever I hear those comments I get even more motivated.
This is the best real estate market you probally will ever see as an investor. There are so many ways to make money. Short sales,foreclosures,landlording the list just goes on and on.
It is very important to never listen to the nay sayers. I have been involved in real estate for about two years. And I was told by friends and family members that I was doing the wrong thing.
Well that wrong thing is making me over 10K a month. If real estate investing is wrong I don't want to be right!!
Real Estate investing is just like any other thing that you want to be successful at. You only get what you put in.
Remember not everyone is cut out to be success.
